The requirement to be an International Satvik franchisee are the following:
- Ownership / access to of a property which can host
about twenty persons, with plenty of surrounding
greenery.
- Sending three people for training at The Satvik Resort, Bhimtal. The said persons would be trained in the fields of Satvik cuisine; ayurvedic applications; customizing yogic practices. Obviously the said persons are expected to be from the concerned disciplines. F&B background, para medical background and senior yoga teachers would be the ideal choice of these persons.
Alternately The Satvik Resort can arrange the required personnel on an agreed fee and pre determined salary for each person required.
The Satvik shall provide the following to the franchisee:
- Training to the above mentioned people in the special disciplines.
- Provide a detailed manual and guidance to set up The Satvik systems at the franchisee's establishment.
- Oversee the satisfactory implementation of The Satvik programme by periodical visits as also arranging visits of The Satvik's founder, Guru Pulak Ranjan Shukla to the franchisee's establishment on special occasions.
- Promote the franchisee along with in their website.
- Provide Satvik merchandise at discounted prices to the franchisee for sale at their outlet.
Terms:
A one time payment initially for the franchise and a predetermined percentage of the sales.
Both the amounts are to be determined taking into consideration the geographical area being covered and the clientele the establishment is catering to. |
